Price It Right is a sole trader business operating at priceitright.co.uk. We sell a Google Sheets costing toolkit for UK food business owners.

2. What data we collect
When you purchase from us or sign up to hear from us, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Purchase information (product purchased, amount paid, date of transaction)
We do not collect payment card details — all payment processing is handled directly by Stripe.
3. How we collect it
We collect your data through two routes:
- Stripe — when you complete a purchase at checkout, Stripe processes your payment and passes us your name, email address, and order details.
- Klaviyo — if you sign up to our email list, your name and email address are collected and stored in Klaviyo.
4. Why we collect it
We collect your data to:
- Process your order and deliver your purchase
- Send you emails relevant to your purchase (such as setup guidance or product updates)
- Send you marketing emails, if you have opted in. These include editorial content we produce and may include occasional sponsored messages from our editorial partners
We will never use your data for any purpose unrelated to Price It Right products and communications.
5. Who we share it with
We share your data only with the following third-party services, which are necessary to run our business:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and handles all card transactions securely.
- Klaviyo — email marketing platform. We use Klaviyo to send purchase-related and marketing emails.
We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not share your data with anyone else.
If our emails include a sponsored message from an editorial partner (for example, a UK baking supplier or relevant business), we send the message to you ourselves using our own list. Your email address is never disclosed to the sponsor. The sponsor may only see aggregate open and click statistics from their placement.
6. How long we keep it
- Purchase records — retained for 7 years in line with UK tax law (HMRC requirements).
- Email list — retained until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send you.
7. Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data we hold
- Delete your data (subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records)
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for analytics (understanding site usage via Google Analytics), marketing (measuring ad performance and remarketing via Meta Pixel), and behaviour tracking for email personalisation (via Klaviyo).
A cookie consent banner manages your choices. Click Cookie Settings in the footer to change your preferences at any time. The banner lists each cookie category with its purpose, storage duration, and provider.
Declining non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to purchase or use the toolkit.
