Check your email for the download link. Click it, then click 'Make a copy' in Google Sheets. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or email us.

The toolkit works best on a laptop or desktop in Google Sheets. You can view it on your phone but editing is easier on a bigger screen.

Because Price It Right is a digital download, we're unable to offer refunds once the files have been accessed — which is standard for digital products. That said, if anything isn't working as it should, or you're stuck on something, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
The toolkit is designed for Google Sheets, which is free. You don't need Excel.
Your spreadsheet is saved to your own Google Drive. We never see your data.
