2. These terms

By purchasing from priceitright.co.uk you agree to these terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

3. The product

Price It Right is a digital product consisting of a Google Sheets costing toolkit and accompanying PDF guide for UK food businesses. All products are delivered digitally — nothing will be posted to you.

4. Digital delivery & immediate access

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchase via a download link on the confirmation page and by email.

By completing your purchase you explicitly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that, as a result, you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

5. Refund policy

Because Price It Right is a digital download, we are unable to offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded. This is consistent with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt digital content from the standard 14-day cooling-off period where the customer has consented to immediate delivery.

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us at hello@priceitright.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

6. Licence & permitted use

When you purchase Price It Right, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own business purposes.

You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product or any part of it to any third party
• Share your download link with anyone else
• Use the product to create a competing product
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding within the product

Each purchase is licensed to one individual or business only.

7. Intellectual property

All content within Price It Right — including the spreadsheet, formulas, design, and accompanying materials — remains the intellectual property of Price It Right. Your purchase grants you a licence to use the product, not ownership of it.

8. Accuracy of information

The figures, rates, and guidance contained within Price It Right are provided for informational purposes only. Commission rates for delivery platforms (Deliveroo, JustEat, UberEats) and other third-party rates are subject to change. We recommend verifying current rates directly with the relevant platform.

Price It Right does not constitute financial, legal, or accounting advice. For specific advice relating to your business, please consult a qualified professional.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Price It Right shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use our products.

Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
